Job summary

Aon New Zealand is seeking a proactive team player to join our client services team on a parental cover through to October 2027, with flexibility to work in Christchurch, Hamilton or Auckland – Takapuna.

You will support client renewals and servicing, confirm policy terms with insurers, prepare renewal reports and presentations, and maintain accurate client data across systems. A hands-on, collaborative approach and strong communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator adaptable to face-to-face, phone, or written correspondence.
• Experience in insurance/customer-service environments preferred.
• Strong administrative background with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer-first mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager to manage workload and ensure service delivery.
