Job summary

Aon NZ is seeking a diligent administrator to support client renewals, policy documentation, and data management across the full client journey. This parental cover role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and proactive service delivery.

You will collaborate with broker teams and Business Services colleagues in Christchurch, Hamilton, or Auckland (Takapuna) to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client outcomes while maintaining flexibility and a proactive approach to workload management.

Qualifications

• You’ll be a natural communicator who can adapt to the situation, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing.

Responsibilities

• Supporting client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols
• Confirming policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers
• Preparing premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations
• Maintaining accurate client data across systems
• Following up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information
• Assisting with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management
• Working closely with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to manage workload and ensure excellent service delivery
