Job summary

Aon is seeking a proactive Claims Specialist to join the Regional Claims team in Aotearoa New Zealand on a fixed-term contract until June 2027. The role involves acting as the front-line contact for corporate clients, liaising with insurers and legal advisers, and ensuring accurate claim records and processing of fees.

You will work within a collaborative, professional team and contribute to risk and broking services.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims or corporate customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-line contact for corporate clients with claims inquiries.
• Liaise between clients, insurers, legal advisers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate and concise claim records for brokers.
• Process legal fees and monitor reserves.
• Perform general administration and record maintenance.
