Job summary

Aon is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support client renewals and servicing across New Zealand. You will work closely with Broker teams and Aon Business Services to ensure accurate policy terms, premiums, and documentation are prepared in a timely, data-driven manner.

This parental cover runs through to October 2027 and is open to candidates in Christchurch, Hamilton or Auckland (Takapuna). You will be the glue that keeps operations running smoothly, with flexible working styles to

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing per NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and team to manage workload.
