Job summary

Aon plc in New Zealand is seeking a Service Executive for a parental leave cover through October 2027. The role can be based in Auckland, Christchurch, or Hamilton/Takapuna, joining a collaborative team to deliver exceptional client outcomes across the full client journey and acting as the glue that keeps operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Naturally strong communicator and adaptable to various interaction styles.
• Experience in a customer or solution-driven environment with administrative focus.
• Ability to work autonomously with good prioritisation and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and team to manage workload.
