Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a live civil excavation and siteworks package on a commercial/industrial development in West Auckland. This role demands someone who can own the project from day one and drive it through the next phase.

The contract is short-term (around 2 months), averages 30 hours per week, with an immediate start. You will coordinate site teams, manage programme milestones, and ensure delivery meets quality and commercial requirements.

A well-established civil contractor needs an experienced Project Manager to step into a live commercial/industrial development project in West Auckland and drive it through the next phase.

This isn’t a role for someone to simply keep things ticking over. They need someone confident, decisive and experienced enough to take ownership from day one.

You’ll be joining an established civil contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects across Auckland. The team is practical, experienced and focused on getting the job done properly.

About the role
You’ll take control of a live civil excavation and siteworks package on a commercial/industrial development.

There’s no drainage component. The focus is excavation, earthworks, site coordination, programme and delivery.

The contract is expected to run for around 2 months, working approximately 30 hours per week, with an immediate start available.
