Downer is seeking a highly organised Contract Analyst to deliver end-to-end contract administration, financial analysis, reporting and governance support for a national AM/FM portfolio. You will manage variations, ensure data accuracy, and develop robust commercial documentation while engaging multiple stakeholders.
Reporting to the Performance Manager, you will translate complex information into clear insights, monitor risks, and drive process improvements with integrity and transparency.
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Contract Analyst to provide end-to-end contract administration, financial analysis, reporting, and governance support. Reporting to the Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring contract variations, financial information, and commercial documentation are accurate, transparent, and delivered to the highest standard.
Downer hold a long-term Asset Management and Facilities Management (“AM/FM”) contract with the Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice. This involves the proactive management and delivery to the national portfolio of facilities including 16 prisons, 100 courts and 157 community correctional sites. This contract underpins the provision of availability of facilities to support core Government services.
