Join our team and play a key role in monitoring of internal and external compliance with Contractual, Company and Statutory requirements, aimed at providing world class quality assurance service with focus on efficient resolution of compliance issues. Reporting to Quality Team Lead, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Under direction of the Senior Coordinator - CAR & Compliance Resolution, the Coordinator - CAR & Compliance Resolution is responsible for issuing Corrective Action Requests (CARs) raised by Compliance Inspectors and for raising and issuing CARs based on Kāinga Ora's audit findings using the Work Management System Business Improvement Form (WMS-BIF) process and implement BIF resolution processes aimed at acceptable, effective and timely resolution of CARs (BIFs) issued to the Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) and Works Supervisors.
