Job summary

Downer is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Auckland Water team from our Albany office in New Zealand. You will manage contract variations, oversee service activity claims reconciliation, invoicing, job costing, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring contract admin functions are executed to a high standard in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payments.
• Assist in delivering contract services to clients.
• Review job notes and costing information to ensure costs are recognised before coding.
• Code and claim work accurately and timely according to agreed rates.
• Improve data filing and data capture systems.
• Produce financial/KPI/monthly reports according to month-end timetable.
• Manage jobs and data entry.
• Provide general office administration and support other contract administrators.
