• Bachelor's degree or higher in PM/Construction/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Or at least 2 years of construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, scheduling and implementation activities.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Organize project meetings and record meeting minutes.
• Track procurement activities, material deliveries and subcontractor performance.
• Assist with contract administration, project compliance and document control.
• Identify project risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support Site Managers with budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate project records using project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Perform other project coordination duties as required.
