Qualifications

• Previous Project Administration, Construction Administration or Project Coordination experience.
• Experience working within a construction, building, property or project environment.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence supporting busy project teams and juggling multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with construction/project software would be highly regarded.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers.
• Managing project documentation, contracts and correspondence.
• Processing purchase orders, invoices and subcontractor documentation.
• Assisting with variations, progress claims and project cost administration.
• Coordinating RFIs, drawings, tenders and project records.
• Maintaining document control systems and project files.
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Preparing reports, meeting minutes and project updates.
• Supporting project teams across multiple live construction projects.
• General project and office administration as required.
