Be the Backbone of a Major Construction Project
We're looking for a highly organised Project Administrator to join our project team and provide essential administrative support on a busy construction site.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running efficiently by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, supporting reporting processes and assisting with day-to-day site administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a project team and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to project and site teams
- Managing project documentation, registers and filing systems
- Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes and tracking actions
- Assisting with project reporting and project management systems
- Supporting subcontractor onboarding and project compliance requirements
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement administration
- Maintaining site records, inductions and workforce documentation
- Coordinating office supplies, travel and accommodation where required
- Supporting document control and project handover activities
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and subcontractors
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in project administration, site administration or office administration
- Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a related industry is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to support wherever needed
