Qualifications

Sales experience in the construction/heavy equipment sector is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Capability to grow sales within a defined territory.

Responsibilities

Represent Brandt in selling John Deere Construction and Forestry equipment and related attachments.
Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify sales opportunities across the territory.
Maintain product knowledge and implement regular call cycles within the area.
Assist with financing options and conduct demonstrations of new equipment.
Attend sales training events and provide timely trend and sales reports to Management.
Maintain customer information in the CRM and support event planning and execution.
