Job summary

Brandt Tractor in New Zealand is seeking a Construction & Forestry Sales Consultant to join the Pukekohe sales team. You will represent John Deere equipment, build strong customer relationships, and identify sales opportunities across the territory.

Qualifications

• Ability to grow sales within a designated territory.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Sales experience and/or knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Represent John Deere Construction and Forestry equipment and build strong customer relationships.
• Own a geographic area and manage regular call cycles within that area.
• Maintain current product knowledge and financing options to assist customers with purchases.
• Achieve sales objectives and assist with customer events and demonstrations.
• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations and present solutions to customers.
• Maintain customer information and provide timely sales reports to management.
