Job summary

Northpower is seeking a proactive Connections Co-ordinator to support the delivery of customer connections and capital projects in Auckland. You will collaborate with Design Engineers, Project Managers, Delivery Teams and customers to ensure data accuracy and smooth project flow.

The role involves invoicing, reporting, data analysis, and coordinating meetings, with opportunities to contribute to business improvements and Power BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Coordinator/Administrator/Customer Service role, or similar.”
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle enquiries and triage requests.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with data, reporting, and business systems.
