Northpower is seeking a proactive Connections Co-ordinator to join its Contracting team in Auckland. You will support customer connections and capital projects, keeping information accurate and up to date while assisting with invoicing, reporting, data analysis, and meetings.

You will extract data, support Power BI reporting, and help improve processes across the network. You will thrive in a busy environment, juggling priorities and maintaining accuracy, with strong stakeholder relationships,

Qualificações

• Experience in a Coordinator, Administrator, Customer Service, or similar support role.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to confidently handle enquiries and triage requests.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with data, reporting, and business systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate invoicing, reporting, data analysis, and documentation management.
• Support Power BI reporting and extract data for projects.
• Manage job statuses and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• Handle customer requests and maintain accurate information systems.
