Job summary

Orion in Christchurch is seeking a Connections Project Coordinator to keep a growing portfolio of customer connection projects organised and moving. You’ll support everything from day-to-day project coordination through to reporting, financial administration, documentation and process improvement.

You’ll co-ordinate across Connections, Portfolio, Delivery and Finance, help develop dashboards, manage project costs, and drive improvements in systems and workflows within a dynamic utilities

Qualifications

• Level 6 Diploma or equivalent in a related field, with project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating or delivering projects.
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects organised, information current and actions moving.
• Coordinate people and inputs from across Connections, Portfolio, Delivery and Finance.
• Help develop reporting, dashboards and performance information.
• Keep on top of invoicing, purchase orders, time recording and project costs.
• Make sure project records and documentation are accurate and easy to find.
• Spot gaps, untangle information and bring structure where it's needed.
• Look for smarter ways to improve our systems, processes and workflows.
