Evolve Education Group is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead two ECE centres in Auckland, Active Explorers Central Park and Lollipops Millennium. You will role model our values, drive engagement, occupancy, and quality across both sites, and support your teams to deliver exceptional early childhood education.

This role requires proven leadership in an ECE environment, strong business acumen, and a collaborative approach to staff development.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager who is looking to progress in their ECE Leadership career, managing two Centres: Active Explorers Central Park (licensed for 60) & Lollipops Millennium (licensed for 85). As our new leader, you’ll role model behaviour, ensuring that Evolves values are upheld daily:

Working closely with your Area Manager, you will build a culture of positivity and success in the Centres, strengthening team engagement and retention. Your support will enable your teams to work collaboratively, achieving educational and operational objectives. Your judgement and leadershipwill motivate and inspire your people to deliver exceptional early childcare education (ECE) services to tamariki and their whanau.

You will split your time across these two centres, providing effective hands-on leadership that encourages, supports, and enables all team members to achieve their objectives and goals.

Each Centre is unique - the Whānau and Tamariki have varying needs and requirements, so you'll enjoy the variety and challenge of ensuring your teams have the right support to be happy, successful and engaged in their roles.

You’ll lead with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices. You will make an impact with occupancy, compliance, and engagement across your team.
