Job summary

Lollipops Millennium in Auckland seeks an experienced Centre Manager to lead Active Explorers Central Park (60 licence places) and Lollipops Millennium (85 licence places). Splitting your time across both centres, you will role model values, drive high-quality education, operational excellence, occupancy and people outcomes.

You will cultivate positive, high-performing centre cultures, support team engagement and development, and deliver equity, inclusion and excellence in early childhood

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead Active Explorers Central Park (60 licence places) and Lollipops Millennium (85 licence places). This is an exciting opportunity for a proven ECE leader ready to take the next step in their career.

Working alongside your area manager, you will cultivate positive, high-performing centre cultures, supporting team engagement, retention, and development. Splitting your time across both centres, you'll provide hands-on leadership to achieve strong educational, operational, occupancy, compliance, and people outcomes.

Each centre has its own unique community, offering variety and challenge as you support your teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for tamariki and whānau. You will lead with a commitment to equity, inclusion, and excellence in early childhood education.
