Evolve Education Group is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead two ECE centres in Auckland, Active Explorers Central Park and Lollipops Millennium. You will role model our values, drive engagement, occupancy, and quality across both sites, and support your teams to deliver exceptional early childhood education.

This role requires proven leadership in an ECE environment, strong business acumen, and a collaborative approach to staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple ECE centres or a similar multi-site role.
• Strong business acumen with ability to manage occupancy and compliance.
• Proven track record in building positive team culture and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Centres: Active Explorers Central Park and Lollipops Millennium.
• Role model Evolves values and drive engagement and educational quality.
• Ensure occupancy, compliance and strong team development across sites.
• Collaborate with Area Manager to implement strategic objectives.
