Job summary

Kids World Education Group – Auckland invites an experienced Centre Manager for All About Children Sylvia Park. Lead a large ECE team, build strong relationships with children, whānau and community, and coach emerging leaders while upholding high standards of curriculum, compliance and professional practice.

The role emphasises proactive leadership, operational oversight, and using data to drive decisions in a supportive, values-led environment.

Qualifications

• Requires recognised ECE qualification and NZ Teacher Practising Certificate.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills essential.

All About Children Sylvia Park is looking for a Centre Manager who can lead with maturity without losing the energy that makes ECE such a brilliant place to work.

Located in the heart of Mt Wellington, directly opposite Sylvia Park, our centre has something you can't manufacture through a policy or a strategic plan - strong relationships and a genuine sense of community.

What You'll Need

• A recognised ECE qualification and a full, current NZ Teacher Practising Certificate
• Valid working rights in New Zealand
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• A sound understanding of ECE quality, curriculum, compliance and professional practice
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, whanau, educators and the wider community
