Job summary

Lollipops Millennium in Auckland seeks an experienced Centre Manager to lead Active Explorers Central Park (60 licence places) and Lollipops Millennium (85 licence places). Splitting your time across both centres, you will role model values, drive high-quality education, operational excellence, occupancy and people outcomes.

You will cultivate positive, high-performing centre cultures, support team engagement and development, and deliver equity, inclusion and excellence in early childhood

Qualifications

• ECE qualified with full teaching registration.
• Proven experience as a centre manager.
• Strong business and operational acumen.
• Exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
• Committed to people-centred leadership.
• Thrives on challenge, growth, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead two centres: Active Explorers Central Park and Lollipops Millennium.
• Cultivate positive, high-performing centre cultures and teams.
• Support engagement, retention and development of staff.
• Deliver strong educational, occupancy, compliance and people outcomes.
• Provide hands-on leadership across both sites and drive excellence.
