Job summary

Randstad Group in Auckland is seeking a Compassionate Inbound Support Rep to assist everyday Kiwis with reassurance, guidance, and practical solutions. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and provide first-contact resolution in a supportive environment.

The position offers Monday–Friday hours, onsite training with 2 days WFH after induction, and a 3-month contract starting ASAP, with a pay rate of $26–$28 per hour plus 8% Holiday Pay.

Qualifications

• Inbound contact centre experience with first-contact resolution.
• Empathetic, patient, and clear communicator.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and MS Office.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with empathy and resolve issues on first contact.
• Provide reassurance, guidance, and practical solutions to customers.
• Support older adults and vulnerable community members.
• Maintain accurate records in customer databases.
