IDEA Services is seeking a dedicated PLC Support Worker to assist adults with intellectual disabilities across diverse facilities in New Zealand. You’ll help with daily routines, health, wellbeing and personal goals while staying connected with whānau and the community.

You’ll support people with daily routines, independence, health and wellbeing, interests and goals, while helping them stay connected with their whānau and community. You’ll also play an important role insupporting individuals with behavioural needs, helping them manage overwhelming emotions, promote safety, and encourage positive behaviours.
As a Planned Leave Cover (PLC) Support Worker, you’ll enjoyvariety and the opportunity to build a broad range of skills, working across different facilities to cover staff leave. While your roster and location will vary, you’ll have guaranteed hours each fortnight.
