Job summary

Pact is seeking full-time community support workers to empower people with disabilities and mental health challenges across New Zealand. You’ll support individuals in the community, help build life skills, and promote independence in a supportive, inclusive team.

You’ll work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts and earn while you learn in a meaningful disability-support career. We value strong communication, a calm positive approach, a genuine passion for helping others, and a valid NZ

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A calm, positive approach, even when things get challenging.
• Genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Full driver’s licence and basic computer skills.
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 3 Health & Wellbeing) or willingness to work toward one once you’re on board.
• Right to work in New Zealand (essential).
