OceanaGold is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator at the Waihi Operation. You will manage reporting for community and stakeholder engagement, support external communications, and ensure alignment with the Corporate Style Guide.

Key tasks include coordinating meetings, developing social impact reports, and maintaining stakeholder databases, with a strong focus on clear, accessible public materials and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Analytical and detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent relationship building with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in multi-stakeholder project teams
• Full and current driver licence
• Proven ability to produce high-quality visuals using Adobe InDesign/Photoshop
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social sciences, communications, or graphic design (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support recurring meetings and reporting for the EA&SP team
• Assist with social impact reporting to regulators and stakeholder surveys
• Maintain INX stakeholder engagement database and document control processes
• Create and format public-facing materials including newsletters, fact sheets, and signage
• Develop maps and interpretation panels for site communications
