Hamilton City Council is seeking a Ringa Hapai Service Representative for Hamilton's Libraries, based onsite at Dinsdale Library. The role involves core library support, helping the public with technology, and delivering community programmes from story-time to coding classes.

The position is 20 hours per week with a friendly, inclusive culture and opportunities to run children's programmes. Starting hourly rate is $29.90/hour with benefits including professional development and health

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment with diverse patrons.
• Interest in running children's programmes and events.

Responsibilities

• Issuing books, searching for titles, handling returns and shelving.
