Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Marlborough is seeking a Clinical Secretarial Support to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to consultants and clinical teams. You will manage clinical correspondence, coordinate appointments, and maintain patient records to support the patient journey from referral through treatment and follow-up.
The role is permanent, part-time (64 hours per fortnight) with standard clinic hours.

AsClinical Secretarial Support, you willprovide high-qualityadministrative and secretarial support to consultants and clinical teams. Youwill be responsible for managing clinical correspondence, coordinatingappointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the patientjourney from referral through to treatment and follow-up care.
Thisrole requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, andthe ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality.
Thisis a permanent, part-time position working 64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE),Mondays 8.00AM to 2.30PM and Tuesday to Friday 8.00AM to 3.00PM.

As Clinical Secretarial Support, you will:
Previous secretarial, administration, or healthcare experience andknowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous but are not essential.
Atyping speed of 50 words per minute or more is essential. Audio transcription experienceand medical terminology would be advantageous but not essential. Our preferredapplicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealandor hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
