Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Clinical Secretarial Support at Nelson Hospital. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to consultants and clinical teams, manage clinical correspondence, coordinate appointments and maintain patient records to support the patient journey from referral through to treatment and follow-up care.

As Clinical Secretarial Support, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to consultants and clinical teams. You will be responsible for managing clinical correspondence, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the patient journey from referral through to treatment and follow-up care. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a permanent, full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday, 7.30AM to 4.00PM.
