Job summary

You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Charge Nurse Manager and team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with a patient and whānau‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' administration experience in a healthcare environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Full New Zealand driver�s licence.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality administrative support to the Charge Nurse Manager, multidisciplinary/Home Care team and as a part of the wider Kidz First Administrative team.
• Coordinating referral and discharge administration processes.
• Maintaining client records and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, including completing regular file audits.
• Answering and managing incoming telephone calls and shared service email inboxes, responding to enquiries in a timely, caring, and professional manner.
• Managing office administration systems and general administrative duties to support the operational needs of the service.
