Job summary

CoLegal, a leading New Zealand law firm, seeks a Technology Lawyer at Senior Solicitor level to join its growing team in Auckland. You will gain hands-on exposure to software development and maintenance agreements, privacy and cyber security matters, IP and e-commerce issues, plus some corporate transactional work.

You’ll work with partners at the forefront of technology law, with good client contact and progression.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE with some experience in tech related agreements.
• A B average or higher in your university grades.
• Good drafting skills.
• A demonstrable interest in IT law.

Responsibilities

• Work on software development and maintenance agreements, privacy and cyber security matters.
• Handle IP, e-commerce and consumer law related issues with some corporate exposure.
• Collaborate with partners and develop professionally with clear progression paths.
