Job summary

Aon New Zealand is seeking a Service Executive to join our Auckland team. You will collaborate with Retail and Aon Business Services colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes across the full client journey in a fast-paced environment.

This role can be based in Auckland CBD, Takapuna, Silverdale or East Tamaki, offering diverse work settings and a strong focus on client satisfaction. You will handle renewals, policy terms, documentation, and data management while supporting invoicing and

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to manage workload and ensure excellent service delivery.
