Job summary

Based in Auckland CBD, Takapuna, Silverdale or East Tamaki, you’ll renew and service clients, confirm policy terms with insurers, prepare premium calculations and renewal reports, maintain client data,

Qualifications

• You’ll be a natural communicator who can tailor to the situation across face-to-face, phone and written communications.
• Ideal background is within the industry; alternatively, experience in a customer or solution-driven environment with strong admin skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, organized and capable of prioritizing workload.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to ensure excellent service delivery.
