Job summary

Aon New Zealand is seeking a Service Executive for fixed term and permanent roles. You will join a collaborative team working with Broker teams and Aon Business Services to deliver exceptional client outcomes across the full client journey.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with data and documentation, and be the 'glue' that keeps operations running smoothly. Multiple Fixed Term Contracts and 1 Permanent role are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mentality and proactive problem solving.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Confidence using common Office tools and willing to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing per Aon NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to manage workload and ensure excellent service delivery.
