Job summary

Aon is seeking a Service Executive in New Zealand to join a collaborative team, delivering exceptional client outcomes across the full client journey. The role involves data handling, documentation, and ensuring smooth operations.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, with offices based in Hamilton or Auckland. You will support renewals, confirm terms with insurers, prepare renewal materials, and maintain client data.

Qualifications

• A customer first mentality and proactive problem solver.
• Able to work with autonomy and manage workload effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Familiarity with Office products and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection and aged debt management.
• Work closely with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to ensure excellent service delivery.
