Job summary

Aon in Hamilton, New Zealand, is seeking a Service Executive to join a collaborative team, supporting client renewals, policy terms, and documentation across the full client journey. This 12-month fixed-term contract covers parental leave, with the option to base in Hamilton or Auckland.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage data and documentation, and be the glue that keeps operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across face-to-face, phone, and written correspondence.
• Experience in customer or solution-driven environments with administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of Office products; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and team to manage workload and ensure service delivery.
