Job summary

Aon New Zealand is seeking a proactive team player to support client renewals and service delivery across the full client journey, collaborating with Retail and Aon Business Services to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Auckland locations (Auckland CBD, Takapuna, Silverdale or East Tamaki), you’ll handle policy terms, quotations, documentation, data maintenance, invoicing and debt management while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• A customer first mentality with a proactive problem solver approach.
• Experience in a customer or solution driven environment with administrative focus.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather missing information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and team to manage workload and ensure service delivery.
