Job summary

Aon is seeking a Service Executive in Hamilton to join a collaborative team supporting broker partners and Aon Business Services. This parental cover runs through to October 2027, with a focus on renewals, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.

You will manage client communications, assist with invoicing, and help deliver accurate policy documentation and premium calculations across the full client journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor to the situation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency with typical office software and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service delivery.
