Job summary

Healthvision in Auckland is seeking a Client Services Manager on a fixed-term parental leave cover (6 months). The role is 40 hours per week, 8.30am–5.00pm, Monday to Friday, based at our Greenlane head office, overseeing a multidisciplinary team delivering home and personal care services.

You will build strong relationships with service users and families, coordinate rosters for support workers, support recruitment and training, and ensure health and safety in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in management at coordinator level.
• Experience with complex/high-volume rostering.
• Healthcare sector experience preferable.
• Full NZ driver's license and right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: build strong relationships with service users and families.
• Recruitment & retention: involvement in recruitment, feedback, education, and training for staff.
• Health and safety: conduct health and safety assessments in clients' homes.
• Roster management: coordinate and manage rosters for support workers.
