Job summary

Healthvision is seeking a Client Services Manager Team Leader to support the Area Manager with the day-to-day leadership of our Homecare services across the Central North Island. Based in the Hamilton/Tamahere office, you will coach the Client Services Managers team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services.

• Experience leading teams within health, disability, aged care, homecare or community services.
• Excellent leadership, relationship-building, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality improvement and culturally safe practice, Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the Client Services Manager team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
• Support the Area Manager with operational leadership, service delivery, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with Service Users, families and whānau, Support Workers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
• Oversee service coordination, including referrals, roster management, escalations, recruitment support, and the delivery of high-quality community services.
• Promote quality, Health & Safety, and compliance while supporting the team to resolve challenges and deliver outstanding customer service.
