Job summary

Aon New Zealand is seeking a Service Executive on a 12-month parental leave cover. The role is based in Auckland or Hamilton, focusing on delivering exceptional client outcomes and maintaining smooth operations within a collaborative team.

You will handle renewals, documentation, invoicing, and client communication, with strong emphasis on organisation, autonomy, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to face-to-face, phone, or email.
• Organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection and aged debt management.
