Kings Recruitment in Auckland is seeking a proactive administrator/coordination professional to support busy client projects. You will coordinate customer requirements from brief through to completion, ensuring information accuracy and timely actions.

You’ll support the team in taking customer requirements from initial brief through to completion, helping ensure information is accurate, actions are followed up and deadlines are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating customer and job information
Supporting quotes, orders and administration
Maintaining spreadsheets, records and documentation
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Monitoring deadlines and following up outstanding actions
Assisting with multiple jobs at different stages of delivery
Keeping customers informed and ensuring information flows between all parties
You’ll become an important link between customers and the wider team, gaining exposure to the commercial and operational side of delivering customer work.
You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy environment. You enjoy dealing with people, have a strong eye for detail and can keep on top of multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
12 months’+ experience in administration, coordination, marketing, sales support, client services, customer service or similar
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with detailed information
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive, practical and team-focused approach
A genuine desire to learn, contribute and progress
Experience in print, signage, branding, marketing production, creative agency or a similar commercial environment would be highly advantageous.
A Marketing, Commerce, Communications or related qualification would be beneficial, but is not essential. Capability, attitude and potential are more important.
