- Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate product specifications, media assets, and marketing data across our business platforms and website (experience with MYOB EXO or a PIM is a plus).
- Supplier Coordination: Brief and manage external creative partners, including graphic designers, photographers, printers, and agencies, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Digital & Campaigns: Craft customer email marketing via Klaviyo, support website updates, maintain marketing calendars, and keep internal teams (Sales, CS, Operations) aligned.
- AI & Innovation: Actively use AI tools for copywriting, market research, SEO, image generation, and workflow automation to boost productivity and marketing output quality.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 2–4 years in a marketing, communications, or similar role, paired with a relevant marketing or business qualification.
- AI‑Savvy: Practical experience using AI tools in everyday workflows and a genuine interest in finding new ways to apply tech to modern marketing.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent copy‑editing, written, and verbal skills across digital platforms, print, and email.
- Detail‑Driven Multi‑tasker: Highly organized, meticulous with data, and skilled at keeping projects on track while managing changing priorities.
- Creative & Commercial: Proactive mindset with a healthy balance of creative flair, commercial curiosity, and willingness to tackle essential administrative details.
- Bonus Points: Background in a B2B, product‑based, commercial interiors, architectural, or design environment.
Benefits:
- Small, supportive locally‑owned business where people pull their weight and look out for each other
- Off‑street parking (no daily treasure hunt required)
- Birthday off - because you shouldn’t be working on that day
