Job summary

Aon in Christchurch, New Zealand, is seeking a proactive service-focused coordinator to join a collaborative team. The role supports the full client journey, handling renewals, data accuracy, and insurance documentation.

This fixed-term position through to February 2026 offers diverse responsibilities and a strong focus on exceptional client outcomes. You will thrive on data, documentation, and delivering smooth operations while maintaining service levels and engaging with insurers and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across face-to-face, phone, and written channels.
• Experience in a customer or solution-driven environment with strong administrative aspects.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Work closely with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to manage workload and ensure excellent service delivery.
