Job summary

Cambridge Partners in Christchurch is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to be the warm first point of contact for prospective and new clients. You will guide them through onboarding, manage administration, and help grow the new business pipeline.

You will combine people skills with system savvy to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, coordinate with the team and represent Cambridge Partners at client events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service based, client-facing role with strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients in person and over the phone.
• Capable of managing multiple conversations and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a warm first point of contact for prospective clients.
• Build rapport quickly in person and over the phone.
• Guide new clients through onboarding.
• Manage onboarding administration, processes and handovers.
• Help manage enquiries, leads and the new business pipeline.
• Represent Cambridge Partners at client events.
