Job summary

Computer Culture, based in Christchurch, NZ, is seeking a Client Response Engineer / Coordinator to join the Client Response Team. The role combines hands-on technical support with service coordination to ensure efficient, high-quality service for business clients.

You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and basic networking issues, install and upgrade client systems, and manage tickets from start to finish while collaborating with engineers and operational leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting end-user devices and software.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support for clients, resolving issues efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain client technology and systems.
• Take ownership from ticket creation to resolution, involving specialists when needed.
• Communicate technical information clearly and maintain accurate tickets and time records.
• Support service coordination, scheduling, and queue health.
• Assist with reporting and workflow improvements as required.
