You will work alongside our Director and HR Specialist, bringing a detail‑focused mindset and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Notices the little details.
• Great written and verbal communication.
• Completed or almost completed an HR qualification.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and technology.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Administration experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing employment agreements and other HR documents.
• Coordinating employee onboarding and off-boarding.
• Keeping employee records organised and up to date.
• Supporting recruitment administration.
• Completing reference and pre-employment checks.
• Drafting letters, forms and HR correspondence.
• Managing HR inboxes and responding to enquiries.
• Helping maintain HR compliance documentation.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration.
• Finding ways to make our systems and processes even better.
