Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking enthusiastic cleaners to join our Palmerston North team on a part-time basis. You will perform cleaning duties across client sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation in fast-paced environments.

The role requires good English, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions while working autonomously. Shifts are typically Monday to Friday, 18:00–19:30, with an hourly rate of NZ$24.50.

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at Palmerston North!

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have Part time position available, with shifts as follows:

Monday-Friday: 18.00-19.30

Hourly rates: $24.50

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard

About You

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.


• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.


• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.


• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.


• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.


• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.


• You must be 18+ due to Company H&S policies.


• All communications including training and health & safety instructions are in English only. You must have good English speaking and comprehension skills.


• You must have valid work rights in New Zealand.
