Job summary

Millennium Services Group in New Zealand is seeking enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our team at Newmarket, Auckland. Casual positions across weekends and weekdays with hourly rate $24.25. You should have cleaning experience, a full NZ Driver's Licence, and the ability to work in a team with good English.

• Cleaning experience in a commercial environment preferred.
• Full, current Driver's Licence (essential).

• Able to work flexible hours including public holidays.
• Experience with floor care equipment is a plus.

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at Newmarket, Auckland!

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have Casual position available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.

Hourly rate: $24.25

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning.
• Rubbish collection
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
• Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You:

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
• Full, current Driver's Licence (essential)
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
• All communications including training and health & safety instructions are in English only. You must have good English speaking and comprehension skills.
• You must have valid work rights in New Zealand.
