Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking enthusiastic cleaners to join our team at Manukau, Auckland. This part-time role offers shifts across weekdays and weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment providing high-standard cleaning services.

You will work in a team and autonomously when required, delivering excellent customer service while adhering to WHS standards. English communication is essential, and valid NZ work rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning to a high standard.
• Spot clean furnishings and sweep/mop floors.
• Clean toilets and manage rubbish removal.
• Clean interior and exterior glass.
• Dust all hard surfaces.
• Support floor care tasks as needed.

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at Manukau!

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have Part time position available, with shifts as follows:

Monday 09:00 - 18:00

Wednesday 09:00 - 13:30

Thursday 14:30 - 21:00

Friday 09:00 - 13:30

Sunday 10:00 - 15:00

Hourly rate: $24.25

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning.
• Rubbish collection
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
• Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You:

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
• You must be 18+ due to Company H&S policies.
• All communications including training and health & safety instructions are in English only. You must have good English speaking and comprehension skills.
• You must have valid work rights in New Zealand.
